To facilitate preparation/order processes, all Catering Requests should be received at least 10 business days prior to the event.
Bar Stations require a minimum of 25 guests.
Logo Cookie requests are required 2 weeks in advance of the event date due to production/ processing timelines.
Food will be prepared 5% over finalized number of guests. There will be additional costs if the event exceeds 5% of the finalized guest count.
Non-LSUS affiliated parties are required to pay Port Catering 50% of estimated total cost no later than 5 days prior to event.
All events are subject to applicable state and local sales tax and a 15% service charge.
If you are eligible for tax exemption, please provide a copy of your tax-exempt form prior to the event, along with signed/accepted quote.
10% campus discount for LSUS student organizations and 5% discount for LSUS Faculty and Staff.
There will be a flat $100 fee added to events not starting meal service within 15 minutes of the agreed-upon meal time.
Cancellations made 8-14 business days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 3-7 business days in advance of the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made in 48 hours or less before the event will be responsible for 100% of the event contract/fee.
No outside food or beverages unless pre-approved by the LSUS Port Catering Staff.
